Lund South worked closely with the developer, Clear Construction on this 3 level, pre-cast concrete, 27 apartment complex. Lunds were involved from an early stage providing Clear Construction with design and construction expertise to enable the budget and programme to be achieved successfully. We completed all stages on time. The last stage was completed within a very tight 18 week timeframe.
