Good sub contractor management was the key to completing this project to a high standard, on schedule, during a particularly busy construction time in Otago.
The project involved the extension of the existing freezer facilities including; two new freezer rooms totaling 750m2, a post tensioned slab, an extension in height of precast walls, raising the roof 900mm and a new office block. All whilst the client completed its normal operations.
