This project included a complete overhaul of the Otago Regional Council front office including new security controls, aluminium internal glazed partitioning, services and new counter.
Along with the reception alteration there were also extensive fire rating upgrade works to be completed.
Delivered in a timely manner and high standard by Contract Manager, Lyndon Marfell and Foreman, Duane Valentine, the Otago Regional Council subsequently negotiated the second stage with Lunds which involves alterations of existing office spaces in and around Council staff.
