Lunds were the successful tenderer on this high profile restaurant refurbishment, amongst stiff local competition.
The original contract was to refurbish the Skyline gondola restaurant on top of Ben Lamond peak in Queenstown. During the course of the contract significant structural strengthening work was uncovered and immediate major action was required which doubled the contract value. The end date was fixed due to the clients commitments to the Winter Festival activities. Working closely with the client, consulting team and managing all sub contractors, Lunds provided this facility to a very high standard.
This building is now a world class facility allowing stylish dining and entertainment, with New Zealand's best views.
The consulting team of Warren and Mahoney, and Insignis were extremely happy with the service provided by Lunds on this project.
