Lunds were engaged by client, Presbyterian Support through Architects Mason and Wales for the alteration and extension to the existing Ross Home Lindsay Ward.
The alterations had an absolute completion date as the client had to house residents which they had moved to temporary accommodation throughout the construction.
Lunds also had to sequence the construction works to suit the operations of the rest home, something that we achieved with great satisfaction for the client.
The 12 room extension was required to match the existing in its detail and finish to provide a seamless transition from existing to new.
