A proud building for the owner and a proud project for Lund to have led. We were engaged on behalf of the client by Chris Kelly at Architecture Workshop to construct this award winning building in the early 2000's.
The arching 'twisted' roof, panning along the Gibston Valley, is an iconic site in Central Otago. The structure although simple in its materials was challening in its construction. A detailed site query process was required to ensure that every detail was delivered as expected by the Architect and as required by the client.
A fast tracked programme developing design and technical structure in a remote location proved no challenge for Lunds completing this building to an exceptional International Award winning standard.
A shared vision for this magnificent industrial building between Lund, the client and the Architects was the key to its overall success.
