Lunds were engaged by owner Peter White to complete the first stage of five units of the Cromwell Business park.
Lunds completed the construction of the first five units of a proposed 17 unit development in Connelly Way, Cromwell.
The primary structure is precast concrete panels, stahlton suspended floor and structural steel. The units comprise of a ground floor industrial workshop and three bedroom units upstairs (or alternatively offices).
For this project Lund established their 100T IHI crawler crane to erect the structure.
Due to unforeseen issues by the client, Lunds were also heavily involved in re-designing sections of the work and co-ordinating a sub tender for the greatly up-scaled siteworks contract.
The first five units have been completed to a very high standard and the client is extremely happy with the product. Lund staff have also been involved in providing feasibility studies for the next stage as well as recruitment of possible tenants.
