The Performing Arts Centre is a building highly regarded by any student, teacher or parent of Kings and Queens High School in Dunedin. The centre is used by both schools and the community for many events throughout the year.
Lunds were engaged through a competitive tender and completed this new build of 850m2 of performance venues to a high standard and an award winning quality for the Architect.
The building is a slab on grade with exposed structural steel frames clad with a mixture of precast, Hardies, Coloursteel and glazing.
