Lunds were the successful tenderer on this lump sum project for the reconstruction of the Dunedin HM Custom House Heritage building into a restaurant.
The project was substantially over budget at tender and Lunds were instrumental in finding cost savings for the client, managing to reduce the scope to fit within the desired budget, allowing the project to proceed.
Despite many changes and a challenging site over the water front with a double skin unreinforced masonry heritage building, Lunds managed to deliver this project to a very high standard on the desired date for opening.
